   To assist further with this issue, we'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue while in our debug mode and submit the report logs. Follow the steps below to set Waze to debug mode and send logs:

   Follow these steps to ensure your log is captured and received:

   Tap the Menu icon.
   In the search box, search for 2##2
   Close Waze by double tapping your iPhone's home button and swipe up to close Waze.
   Open Waze and reproduce the issue.
   Tap Reports and tap on the bee icon to send the logs.
   *To disable debug mode, search again for 2##2 in the Search bar.

   Additionally, please make sure to write us here when you submit your logs and send the following information:

   Your username
   The date and time you sent the logs
   The date and time you reproduced the issue
   The steps you took to reproduce this issue
   A screenshot (if relevant)
   You can also send us a video recording of your screen from Waze by tapping the Report icon and then Record screen. Tap Report and then Stop recording to end your recording (on debug mode only). Please keep the video as short as possible and focus on capturing the primary issue.

   This is somewhere between rediculous & insane.

   Stop sending me stupid questions & crazy instructions, I have by now told you a few times what the problem is, here it is again:
   Waze does not seem to cover South Lantau.
   Just fix it!
   I'll just continue to use Google maps, Google has no problem whatsoever in South Lantau.
   Let me know when you have added South Lantau to your map.

3. Map update

   For some reason, certain accidents in Columbus, Georgia are labeled as happening in Phenix City, Alabama. Must be some sort of glitch.

4. Back to map voice comand

   When using voice command. If Waze gets stuck searching for a location and it means I have to touch my phone whilst driving to see the map. Is there a voice command where I can request waze to go back to the map?

6. Why bugs

   The Waze bug for this week is:

   “Fixed a bug that prevented some users from reporting fuel prices”

   1. Where did this bug come from? Can you ask the programmer of the software.
   2. All software is obviously tested, how did something that doesn’t work get through testing?
   3. Why is it possible for such an error to exist at all? It didn’t exist before the software was partly updated, correction, partly rewritten.

   Any suggestions.

11. Vinkenstraat in 8530 Harelbeke valt onder de categorie doodlopende straat !

    Dankzij (!) de nieuwe app Waze worden truckers met leveringen voor AD Delhaize (Gaversstraat Harelbeke) constant via de Vinkenstraat naar de winkel geleid. Deze rustige villastraat is echter een straat waar geen doorgaand verkeer toegelaten is (er is enkel een voetgangersdoorgang naar de winkel voorzien). De winkel kan dus niet via deze weg worden bereikt. Gelieve dit aan te passen.

12. big problem with the overheating of the smarthphone

    Could waze be used without the card (or other solution) to prevent overheating of most smathphones. In this stupid way, we lose customers waze and so security waze.

13. Get it together

    Waze is delayed and makes me miss my exits and turns. It does not play through my car speakers, it doesn't always give the best route to avoid heavy traffic. Waze is okay sometime but there are a lot of fixtures that needs to be done.

15. Cambridge MA Memorial Drive closings

    The Waze app never accounts for a routine road closure on Memorial Drive in Cambridge, MA, which occurs Sundays 11am-7pm from late April to early November. This creates chaos as the app continues to try to direct users back to this route.
