The "mute during calls" and "play on phone speaker" sliders need to be interconnected
Here is the problem with the "Play sound via: Play on phone speaker" setting. With both "mute during calls" and "pause spoken audio" turned off, I noticed that if I have airpods in and they are being used as the device's default audio settings, I will hear all Waze alerts, as expected, on the phone's speaker.
However, if I'm on a call with the airpods, then all alerts and spoken audio are absent. I would like to hear my alerts and directions from the phone's speaker while I'm on calls with my airpods. However, my experience is quite different. It…

Fix waze routing
I'm not sure what you have done to waze lately but I just tried to route from Waterbury VT to Bridgewater NJ and got only 1 options. 87 to 91 to 84. I drive this a lot and its a horrible route and the slowest. Waze always have given me 3 peoples from here to NJ. Today not the case. Google did perfect. Why did you break some thing that works? I will likely not use waze for routing given a few other very poor routes.

google assistant
I have a Samsung S10+ with waze 4.59.0.4 (just downloaded it) and Android 10.
I would like to use the Google Assistant but this option is not shown, I only have the Talk to Waze option.

A way for Waze to distinguish between travel in express lanes or regular lanes on I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) and similar Chicago area roads.
I would like to see a way for Waze to distinguish between travel in express lanes or regular lanes on I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) and similar Chicago area roads. These are not HOV or toll lanes. Waze will often route me to the express lanes, but the line to enter the lanes negates any benefit, so I bypass and take the regular lanes. Waze, however, thinks I'm in the express lanes, causing navigation errors and headaches. Otherwise, I'm very happy with Waze. Thanks.

Direct route
Provide a direct route, instead of having WAZE want me to take four different exits,travelling South to Tacoma, WA. from Everett, WA. These four exits were mentioned before Seattle.

By appointment & seasonal hours
The Waze Map Editor should allow for editors to input by appointment and seasonal hours. These features would be especially useful for establishments in resort towns and tax preparation offices.

Some small cities are using radar to receive money for their city. Users should be able to update the radars locations real time, Example - in Cubatao SP one radar gets 34,000 tickets per month..

Waze Routing Server Connectivity Issue
It is not an idea. But off late Waze has been having issues connecting to routing servers. It is also taking longer to find the routes vs Google Maps or Apple Maps program. All of these on the same device.

Stop the pop up
I have recently been getting a pop up box to agree to terms every time I use waze, I drive for lyft and find this extremely annoying as I have an account and once should be enough

Removing (or adding a warning to) Restaurants in Military Bases
During a road trip in California a few weeks back, I was driving on CA route 1 and searched for restaurants near my location. A cafe called “Flightline Café” appeared first on the list, and I started the Waze navigation. As it turned out, Flightline Café was actually a military establishment located on an US military base, which the security guard politely informed me when I pulled up to the gate. Luckily, the guard was understanding enough of my situation to let me off with a warning and point me to another restaurant a short distance away. Of course, this…

Historical Traffic Data for Social Analysis
I am working in academia and would like very much to analyze social behavior by studying traffic data - example: in case of a disaster. I don't know if you keep historical data; if you do, is it possible to obtain data for an area for a certain date?

Music Audio Quality
Dear @waze - I believe you have one of the best navigation app in the AppStore. But, there’s one major problem. When connected to Apple CarPlay, the audio quality is horrible when playing music!! Horrible enough that I’m forced to use Apple maps. Please fix this problem.

GPS physical waze to leave in the car
I would like to give you an idea, why there is no gps waze, I have on my bike x play the app and it does not work anymore, it does not find the gps signal, it's really missing, could have a physical waze gps, I would buy certainly. get the idea! hug

FIX what is not working already. Phone verification not working, Password recovery not working
At a minimum FIX the phone number verification AND FIX the password recovery. Impossible to load my account on a new phone.
