The Washington State Department of Transportation now provides real-time toll rates for the I-405 express toll lanes as a publicly available live data stream for software developers. The API is publicly available here: http://wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/api/ , along with several other live data streams including traffic flow, travel times, and highway cameras.
We would love to see this data integrated into the Waze app to help drivers make more informed choices about their route options.

Add option to search parking around the destination
Add option to search parking around the destination: when starting the navigation we will be asked if we want to go to the adresse or to the nearest available parking. Thanks!

Quick route cancellation
To be able to click cancel route in one click. A few versions back there was an "x" in top right corner to cancel route. Now you have to go to sleep mode, wake up and cancel. Any way to go back to "x"?

Add ability to route via a gas station
Of all the POIs out there, gas stations are the most important. Waze should be able to incorporate a gas station stop into its directions. It should also be possible for users to report the location of gas stations from the app.

3 votesThank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already takes license plate restrictions into account, in many parts of the world. To enable this feature, add your license plate details under Settings > Car details > License plate.

Work address
Hello.
Would it be possible to "delete the work address" for people who no longer work as retirees or others ...
Another suggestion.
Is it possible, in case of prolonged speeding (time adjustable?), To flash the speed limit icon all the time of the overtaking. The goal is to draw attention to this overshoot.

Switch button for Moto / Car mode
You developed a Moto Mode for France and it works well !! Thanks a lot for this !!
I often switch between my bike and my car and when I use waze, I have to switch from one mode to another in the settings which requires some clicks. It would be great if we could have a switch mode such as the alert one (active sound, alerts only, none) !!

Keep Speed Limit Posted At All Times
The speed limit only appears on the app when you go OVER the speed limit. It's also ILLEGAL to go UNDER the speed limit, yet the speed limit never appears and alerts you that you aren't going the speed limit. Going too fast or too slow are both dangerous and illegal, so the app should turn your speed red when you're going too slow, just like it does when you're going too fast AND the speed limit should always be up for us to see.

Navigating to Coordinates
The ability to enter coordinates into the 'Search' box to navigate to them. This would be nice for pin pointing exact locations on the map for places that don't have a physical address.

Show map during location search
You should be able to enter a store name like "Home Depot" and be able to see locations around you on a map - not specific addresses. Everytime want to find something new around me have to go into another app to actually see its location on the map. Greatly decreases motivation to go back to Waze after that

Reminders
In SP there is a new law that enforces every person to turn on the lights even during the day light when driving on a highway. Most people forget about and get a ticket. Waze could detect when someone is about to get to a highway and remind the person to turn on the lights and to fasten the seat belt, a security warning.

Navegação moto / Motorcicle navigation
Prezados sou motociclista e uso Waze constantemente.
Venho sugerir a opção de bloquear a tela durante a navegação, pois como não tenho onde fixar o celular, ponho no bolso e uso fone de ouvido, porem a tela fica acesa.Dear Waze team
I'm motorcicle rider and I use Waze very often.
I suggest the lock screen option during navigation. Since I don't have any place to carry the cellphone I put it in my pocket using headphones but the screen keeps on.Atenciosamente / Kind Regards
