4. הגעת הכי קרוב שאפשר עם לרכב ליעד

   שלום,

   לאחרונה השתמשתי בוויז באיטליה ונתקלתי פעמיים בתופעה דומה.
   הייתי צריך להגיע למלון בעיר מסטרה באיטליה, וקיבלתי הודעה "הגעת ליעד". הסתכלתי מהחלון ולא היה שם שום מלון, וגם שם הרחוב לא התאים. יצאתי מהרכב ושאלתי עוברים ושבים היכן המלון והיכן הרחוב שבו המלון נמצא ואמרו לי שהוא במרחק כמה רחובות מהמקום שבו קבלתי הודעה "הגעת ליעד". המשכתי בנסיעה לפי הנחיות האנשים ששאלתי והגעתי למקום אחר לגמרי, גם הוא שגוי, וגם לגביו קבלתי הודעה "הגעת ליעד".
   מסתבר שהמלון נמצא בתוך שטח של מספר רחובות המיועדים רק להולכי רגל ושאיננו מותר כלל לכניסת רכב! החניתי את הרכב במקום מרוחק יותר והלכתי רגלית למלון. אגב, לא הייתה כל טעות בשם הרחוב ומספר הבית של המלון.
   מקרה דומה קרה לי בפירנצה. גם שם לא הצלחתי להגיע למלון וקבלתי הודעה (שגויה) "הגעת ליעד. כאן הסיבה הייתה מעט שונה: בגלל שיפוצים בכבישים באזור, אין כניסה עם רכבים, עד שהשיפוצים יושלמו. אני מניח שלאחר השלמתם (ולפי מה שראיתי בשטח זה עניין של חודשים ולא ימים ספורים) אפשר שוב יהיה אפשרי להגיע עם רכב ליעד המבוקש.

   ההמלצה שלי היא שתוסיפו ליכולות של המערכת, לזהות מקרים כאלה, (זו לא צריכה להיות בעיה) ושההודעה תוחלף ל"הגעת הכי קרוב שאפשר עם כלי רכב".

5. Free handset and waze

   I use a free handset Jabra Freeway and Waze. Unfortunately, for a few months, following a Waze update, the GPS indications, via my Jabra Freeway, all end with the words "End of communication"
   I had hoped that the next updates would fix the problem, but that is not the case. My Jabra Freway has been reset, it does not change either.
   You will understand that it is very unpleasant to hear this repeating itself after each indication. "Turn right, end of communication" ... "Turn left, end of communication" ... "At the next roundabout, take the first exit, end of the communication" ...
   This problem does not happen with Coyote or Copilot. Only with Waze. This is very annoying because it is Waze that I prefer.
   Can you fix the problem?

6. Waze et Kit main libre

   Bonjour,

   J’utilise un kit main libre Jabra Freeway et Waze. Malheureusement, depuis quelques mois, suite à une mise à jour de Waze, les indications du GPS, via mon Jabra Freeway, se terminent toutes par ces mots : « Fin de la communication »
   J’avais espéré que les mises à jours suivantes corrigeraient le problème, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Mon Jabra Freway a été réinitialisé, cela ne change rien non plus.
   Vous comprendrez qu’il est très désagréable d’entendre cela se répéter après chaque indication. « Tournez à droite, fin de la communication »… « Tournez à gauche, fin de la communication »… « Au prochain rond point, prenez la première sortie, fin de la communication »…
   Ce problème n’arrive pas avec Coyote ou Copilot. Uniquement avec Waze. Cela est très ennuyeux car c’est Waze que je préfère.

7. Take Rowena Ave. in Los Angeles off your suggested routes.

   This street was never intended to be a major thoroughfare. The traffic is non-stop on this residential street and there are no lights to control the amount of traffic that has accumulated.

8. Really great app! Thank you guys for doing such good job!

   But nevertheless there are some features that could be done better:
   1. App freezes sometimes after start then there is no connection with GSM network.
   2. Then there are numerous alerts on the same spot, only nearest is announced. E.g. among "police", "accident on the road" and "vehicle on the shoulder" happend in the same area, only "vehicle on the shoulder" will be announced, meanwhile "police" is more important, because it is also used for mobile radars. It would be great, if "police" alert had priority over others alerts.
   3. Mobile radars or LIDARs. Then I see one on the road I can only mark them as "police". Those radars should have proper alert sign and extended time before they disappear from the map, (if no one mark them as "still present" during the night).
   4. When I set destination and add midpoint, after loss of connection with GSM network only destination point is only reestablished. Once I didn't note that, and drove 30 km in wrong direction.
   5. Red light camera should be always announced, not only when you approach it with the speed above the limits.

   But nevertheless there are some features that could be done better:

9. Entrance to GWB from Riverside Dr South in NYC, dangerous directions.

   This entrance puts you in the left lanes of 6 lanes of ferocious traffic. Waze always recommends the Lower Level, which is the rightmost 2 lanes, and would require crossing several lanes of traffic in a very short distance - very dangerous. Waze should recommend the Upper Level which is directly ahead and requires no lane change. People not familiar with the area may attempt to follow the Lower Level directions which would lead to hazardous driving.

    שמתי לב לכך שהמערכת לא מזהה מעברים תחתיים בכביש, כדוגמה: בצומת כפר שמריהו, בצומת קפלן מנחם בגן ליד עזריאלי, ובמנהרת אלוף שדה. המערכת שולחת אותי לעבור את הצומת דרך הרמזורים מלמעלה ולא שולחת אותי לעבור במעבר התחתי. התוצאה הארכת זמן הנהיגה. כדאי לעדכן את המערכת.

13. Dear waze, could you send notifications regarding accidents or traffic near you ?

    Waze tells us every time there is an accident or traffic and shows us the best route to avoid it. But most of the times its too late and we only get to see this when we turn the apllication on and get in our cars. It would be really helpful if you could add a feature where it warns you beforehand by sending a notification, this way you know before leaving home in the morning or whenever you're going somewhere that you need to leave before your usual time so you're not late. Please consider this. Thank you wazers

    Routing would be better if www.kennedyexpresslanes.com data were checked every few minutes.

    Hello team Waze !

    My naame is Yuri Shargaev, I live in Netanya, Israel.

    Knowing all the reasons why my letter to you can remain unanswered,
    I yet approach you with an offer. The thing is, that I have an Idea,
    but what I do not have is time nor resources to realize this idea for it is a big and complex project, especially for one person.
    (And I do not have any experince in this field of work. But as far as I know, this said idea deserves very close attention and I am looking for ways to realize it.)

    This said idea is a "collection of existing technologies which have never been collected in this way, or any similiar way."
    Besides technological point of view, said idea is based on psycological and sociological behavior patterns of the avarage "internet consumer", or in other words - "the avarage joe".
    What the idea does, basically is, it makes commecials and marketing over the internet a lot simpler, a lot more effective and most importantly - reliable to the consumer.
    In the right hands, this idea will be a very strong competitor to Facebook and will have many strong points that Facebook does not have.

    You, team waze, have all it takes to make this real.

19. I have a really genius idea that will use data that Wazeasy already has, to make the experience not only better for the end user

    Instead of describing it here I would really like to talk to someone I. Regards to it because I want to. Even part of it from start to finish and beyond.
