I second the suggestion to have Waze read and make use of OBD2 data. If there is an error code (or data suggesting that a battery needs to be replaced, or other issues), Waze could tell the driver about garages that can fix the problem, and if a car is coming to a garage Waze could tell the garage what the problem is.
