   I endorse this suggestion thoroughly! Having recently traveled from Georgia to South Carolina on I20 we stopped at a BP gas station to use the bathroom. This the only station at this exit. The bathroom had a plastic bag over the urinal and only a single toilet in the men's room, which was, fortunately, working. The next exit had several gas stations. Would like to have been warned off from the filthy rest room that I used. Would like to have been able to target one that passes some degree of civil cleanliness.
