    Way easier to use US National Grid, the US land SAR standard since 2011. Example: 17R NM 2876 1059. The Grid Zone and 100 Km ID (17R NM) do not change often, so entry would be the just the easting and northing most of the time. Coordinate should have full edit. bit (dot) ly /USNG-resources
