1. Remove permanent "where to" and "my Waze" fields when phone is horizontal.

   Both new bars - Search bar and My Waze bar need to be removed. Sometimes both occupy 1/3 of total screen - it is totally useless space, I need to see the map when driving, not those bars! Also they block some buttons. Please return to small floating button like it was before, ASAP!
