With the use of GPS devices on school buses, I would like to see Waze partner with School Boards to have an integrated feature in the map to identify a school bus with a bus icon as well as announce a warning message when approaching a bus(like a geofence around the bus). Drivers are so focused on their GPS devices and applications these days that they become less attentive to their physical surroundings. I believe this feature could assist in preventing accidents with not only school buses themselves but also pedestrian children at bus stops that are crossing to board the bus.
