    When reporting, use a 3 seconds timeout dialog to present an option to change side.

    There should be 3 buttons:
    Confirm (3/2/1), Other Side, Cancel.

    If any button not pressed in 3 seconds, it will be send out as this side. If press Other Side, the report will be shown on other side. If Cancel pressed, the report will be cancelled.

    When Waze show a user Police alert with 2 buttons, add another button "On other side" to it, so we will have a chance to correct the side.
