1. Don't limit the number of reports that can be submitted, limit the points given instead. Better to have more current info avail for drivers.

   This policy has prevented me on several occasions from placing genuine reports which were necessary for the safety of other road users. I never place reports other than serious ones - yet I have been flagged for too many reports on several occasions. Point farming can be prevented without blocking genuine reports and endangering road users! Waze is jeopardizing road safety with this policy!
