   IN HAZARD: Add a notation for "Slow Moving Vehicles" and "Rolling Repair Crews" two separate ones because Slow Moving Vehicles would include "oversize" vehicles

   Also in HAZARD: Add a notation for "Funeral Procession"

   In POLICE: Add a notation for "Just entered Freeway", and "Moving same direction", also "Hidden"
