    In Sweden there are law for using winter wheels during 1/12 - 31/4, you can use winter wheels with or with out studds. But there are roads in ex. Stockholm/Uppsala/Malmo that have ban for wheels with studds. and are baned with 1000 SEK fine for violation this law. I cant find any support for aviod driving these roads when using studded wheels during this abowe period.
