   It is completely inapprpriate and unsafe to be continually looking at a phone. All speed cameras, fixed or mobile, should have a voice alert. It happens often - speed up just before and get flashed. Speeding ticket tolerances are so low now that voice alerts are essential. Otherwise it appears Waze is influenced by governments.
