Yes: Unfortunately, Waze does not allow you to say that the road ahead of the car (where waze wants to lead you) is closed/blocked. You can only say that the road at the current location is closed, which makes no sense, because you would not be able to drive into a closed road and say HERE its closed.
So I suggest instead of current "road closed" repport-button, make two buttons: 1. Road ahead closed (same road), 2. Road ahead after junction closed. Also the GPS mark should be set at least 100m in front of your current location instead the current location.
