Informing WAZE of blocked roads is problematic
Informing WAZE of blocked roads is problematic. There should be just one quick button which only says blocked and is used when the road that WAZE recommended was not taken because it was blocked. Currently a four way intersection has four choices on which part is blocked but you cannot stop in the middle of a busy intersection to tell WAZE which of the four roads is blocked. Past the intersection, it is difficult to enter this data into WAZE while still driving. A single blocked button will let WAZE figure out which recommended road was not taken.

This is really relevant. At the moment it’s too hard to report blocked roads (eg due to roadworks) and waze needs to re route around them

This morning on a medium traveled county road, the fire department had the road closed. While a Wazer had reported a lane blocked, Waze still routed me that way. Looking through Waze, I no longer see an option to list a road as closed. While the old way or reporting a road as closed involved several steps, we need some way to report a closure. I would estimate that this mornings closure will over 2,500 drivers that have no way of knowing that the road is closed.

I use Apple CarPlay and periodically this is a major issue.
For example, last night I had to go to the office, I knew that there was a good chance that the most direct route was blocked due to an earlier major accident, however Waze routed me in that direction. When leaving my home there is a slightly different route that maybe adds 5 minutes, unfortunately I listened to Waze and couldn't turn left because of a blocked road and then faced a significant detour. When I hit the closed road the accident was under investigation and the road closed for 3-4 hours by that point. However because of the location, it is difficult for users to report using existing tools within Waze.Waze should have a button to report an issue beyond the next intersection, based on the current routing.
