   Add verbal alert for severe rain (that greatly reduces visibility) expected to cross current route within the next 5 to 15 minutes. [Drivers on Interstate highways need enough notice so they can find an exit on the highway.]

   Add Radar display superimposed on top of road map:
   1: static snapshot of current weather radar
   2: radar forecast “movie” for next 10 or 20 or 30 minutes
