    Ideally, this would act similar to the "Send directions to [Phone linked with google account]" where a user in Google Maps could select "Send to Waze" but that would require Google Maps integration. If however, Waze was able to "Import" or utilize the "Copy Link" result to parse the data and build a foundational route on that.

    In order to maintain the Waze usage and goals, the base route could be the imported / custom built route but it would show alternatives based on that which suit the traffic conditions.

    This may actually help Waze get better routing information as I have found several times that I was able to plan a faster route to a location that Waze had simply due to understanding that back-tracking on higher speed routes more efficient or multiple right turns beat out waiting 10 minutes for a single left turn.
