    Allow a SUBTRACTON of the speed limit ex 5KMH so if the speed limit is 60, it will show 55 KMH

    The subtraction is GLOBAL.
    Singapore is implementing a heavy fine and 6 points for anything above 1 KMH in 2027.

    Many could be unfairly caught as it takes time for a car to slow down suddenly when a speed change occurrs and I think adding a constant subtraction will keep is safe.
