I need this. My commute requires I take a toll road (cheap with no free alternative) if I want to get there easily. But there are nearby express roads that have free alternatives. Waze will route me on the express lanes--which can charge $15 or more for a couple miles of traffic-free drive--rather than through some congestion or around it on side streets.
