    I purchased a new phone, dummy me uninstalled from my old phone before I was able to save my information for my new phone, unable to log in. put in my phone number, it does recognize me but my information is lost in the stratosphere somewhere... REALLY!!!!
    So I am not able to log on, this is the 2nd time with a new phone and I refuse to make a new acct. I have points and things saved to my acct that I can't retrieve!!! BEYOND UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!
