    If you want people to safely make reports then you need to allow them to select a spot on the map (Not their current location) to make the report once they've safely parked.
    I do not need to let people know there is construction in front of my house. And once I've place it there in error there is no way for me to remove it. Come on Waze!! Smarten up!
