Missing HUD mode is a usability bug because users have come to, realistically, expect this feature in a navigation app.
Not having this is inconsistent common and expected features in a navigation app.
Not having this feature is inconsistent with what users expect.
Not having this is, I think, inconsistent with how Waze wants to represent this product.
