1. What about allowing the users to REALLY contact you? I have a problem and the "Help page" does not help at all.

   I have no idea what your issue is regarding "points", but I sure agree with you about the need for WAZE to provide a way to be contacted. When an organization doesn't provide that function it is obvious they don't really care about there customers.

2. In your "Contact Us" function, add a way to communicate with a Waze employee. Via email, if nothing else.
