What about allowing the users to REALLY contact you? I have a problem and the "Help page" does not help at all.

Even if you want to charge a fee, provide human one on one support to remedy issues with users.

I agree. A lot of precious UR updates are lost as users simply try to respond to an email asking them for more information.

I have no idea what your issue is regarding "points", but I sure agree with you about the need for WAZE to provide a way to be contacted. When an organization doesn't provide that function it is obvious they don't really care about there customers.

My waze hasn't worked in 2 months, always displays "no gps-approximate location" my wife's older version works fine. I tried deleting app and reinstalling-still lost?? Any suggestions?

So disgusted with the coding of the web page and latest version. While trying to set-up on a new phone [Samsung s 7] all I got were message errors about unable to contact the servers. I deleted the app from my pho and I found a different navigation app.

Please provide a way to contact Waze on the website. I have been on Waze 8 days and my points remain at zero. I read where it takes 7 days to update points, well it's 8 days and nothing!!

Not sure why I would report map issues. I LOVE Waze, so this is not a general issue with the app, but 2x recently I've submitted a map issue and received a note back asking me questions but with no way to respond. The email is "no-reply@" and it asks me to respond online but gives no decent instruction as to where other than in the editor in the app. I only really interact on the map screen so I don't really have a desire to poke around and find this mythical place to respond to questions. If you're asking me for more information and it isn't a "Case" I've submitted, why make me jump through all of these hoops with only minimal instructions. There isn't even enough info in the email to let me know which issue I reported you're asking about or what the actual question is other than "you haven't provided info"

I cant get access with my original username. You don't have any email to send complaints. I cant find any way to fix this. My user name is unique so there is no way other user could have used it. Please can you give me an email to get in contact with you ?

add an actual way to contact some type of support. if you can't register your account, because there's no place to enter your verification code, then you have no way to get support easily. The "contact us" section doesn't even have an email for you.

I'm pretty frustrated with how any sort of "help" link always ends up taking me to the forums. If we're supposed to "work together," why isn't there a way we can trouble-shoot in real-time when we're having a problem with the app?

title says it all. i'm stuck in a loop verifying my phone number and getting kicked back out. support just sent me to a forum with no help. make your support more supportive.
