   Yep, exactly the same here... Too long, too intrusive: Alerts (which I mostly keep enabled) as well as instructions. (which I mostly disabled)
   Simple non-intrusive chimes (with possibly 1-3 tones) like the ones in the airplane cabins would be a fantastic improvement.
   In additon: An option to disable audio ducking would be awesomeas well for podcast and music listening.

   Average speed check zone have got cameras at the specific points only. The driver should NOT be alerted, if he enters the road in between cameras. (So his average speeed is actually not measured.)

   Drove once from California to Texas. I planned to arrive at specific time. As I was driving (and being unaware of crossing 2 timezones) I was really surprised, what happened to arrival time. That was not a good experience.

   Not the best place to report such issue. :)
   Contact you Waze local community via Waze Map Editor. (or report map issue via the app.) Editors will normally fix this by configuring road in your neighborhood to "private". As a result the transit traffic will avoid such roads.
