It's hard to find a good coffee, most places are rubbish.
As a Bus driver, I drive past Coffee Vans on the side of the road all the time. I usually think "damn I wish I knew that was there", followed by "I'll stop there next time around" and of course next time around it's not there anymore.
So obviously my suggestion is specific to marking on the map the location of a Mobile Coffee Van. Perhaps the marker can stay valid for 30 minutes? Maybe the driver grabs a coffee, asks "How long are you guys gonna be here for?", maybe the answer is "'bout an hour" and the driver can mark them on the map as possibly being there for the next hour.
Better than this though would be the Coffee Vans themselves marking their location and time they will stay.
I did see another suggestion specifically for Starbucks type locations, but I think being able to mark Mobile Coffee Van locations will be fantastic.
