    In Swissvale PA I asked Waze for directions to the nearest Comcast store. The first entry, listed as an xfinity store, was ten miles away. The second was in Lynnwood Washington, 2300 miles away, and the third in Cleveland, 181 miles away. This is absurd. When I tried asking for the nearest Xfinity store, instead, an entirely different set of stores appeared, in Boston and other states.

    When I tried the same wording with Google Maps and Apple Maps, both gave me a store that was three miles away. This kind of thing happens all the time with Waze. If you give it an address it works well. If you ask for directions it may or may not work.

    Not at all a professional operation.
