  4. Waze audio stops working when I unplug my iPhone

    As is obvious from other comments (including my own), Waze doesn't work well with Apple car play. When I am so frustrated with the inefficiency that I give up and unplug my phone so Waze will stop overriding the radio, Waze stops talking to me through the iPhone speakers. None of the settings changes; it just stops talking. So not only does it not work well with my car speakers, it forces me to pick up the phone and look at the screen every time I need to know whether and where to turn. VERY DANGEROUS.

  8. New iPhone X UI

    UI on iPhone X needs to be optimized so far.
    Important information are partially or totally masked.
    In landscape mode : car cursor partialy masked
    In portrait mode : road names are masked and mask roads itselves.
    Spotify button is a the left side now : why ?!
    Anyway, I can't take the the road without Waze :)

  10. Correct navigation route to Santa Catalina

    We always recommend our clients to use Waze for driving from Panama City (Republic of Panama) to Santa Catalina (Sona, Veraguas Province), however, we have recently received 4 reports from customers that waze directed them to drive up the PanAmerican highway to the Province of Chiriqui, and turn left at Guabala, then come back to Sona, then right to Santa Catalina, which takes 2 hours longer than taking a left at Santiago and going directly to Sona, then left to Santa Catalina.     why can't waze find a route through the English channel not the boat nor the eurotunnel and to go from Uk to France or Switzerland I have to put in folkstone and only after the shuttle can I put the final destination... is it so difficult? Google maps have no issue with it

  16. Irma evacuation issues??

    My family evacuated as part of Irma in Florida. I was disappointed in Waze's inability to calculate the real time congestion on many parts of NB I 75 during this time, giving drivers inaccurate driving time estimates. And not providing alternatives to I75 (e.g., traveling from Tampa to Tallahassee, why wasn't US19 posting up as an alternative? It was much less congested than I75).

    I am curious why longer trips on Waze do not seem to accurately depict congestion time??

  18. Directing to closest physical location of PIN is sometimes a HAZARD! Please read why.

    If you can fix THIS Waze will be the best navigation app BY FAR!

    There is a problem that ALL the navigation maps have, including Google Maps and even the new navigation map that Uber has developed. If WAZE can fix this WAZE will be THE superior navigation map!

    It has to do with the location PIN. It seems ALL navigation maps direct to the closest physical location of the PIN. They disregard the fact that OFTEN, even though it's the closest physical place to the PIN, access is blocked to the spot where the PIN is.

  19. Ride Share Optimization

    Add route optimization based on taxi and ride share far rates and formulas. Example, User enters time and mileage rates plus whether these are concurrent or exclusive. Example. A taxi might charge time rate only when stopped and mileage when moving. Uber charges both at the same time. Optimization would minimize fare.
