Toll Prices
It would be nice if we could have a Toll Prices option. Low-under $3; Med - $3 to $5; High over $5. This could prepare other Wazers for how long they would be in traffic if the toll is too high to take the toll lane. Thank you for considering this option.

Motorcycle Upgrade
Allow Motorcyclists to identify as motorcyclist then:
1. Allow he/she to connect with other riders they encounter on their past trip. Sometimes you end up riding with someone you don't know and you don't want to follow them home to link up so if you could add a feature for motorcyclists to connect with one another (" Hey great ride while you were out there you rode with .... for x miles")- Update location of Motorcycles as hazard updates on everyone's map. ( How cool would it be if while sitting in bottleneck traffic Waze says "Motorcyclist approaching from the…

הרבה פעמים ההבדל בין מסלול העובר בכביש אגרה לבין מסלול בחינם הוא של מספר דקות בלבד.
יהיה הרבה יותר קל לקבל החלטה על מסלול נסיעה אם בנוסף לזמן הנסיעה בכל מסלול תראו גם את המחיר
בנוסף אפשר להוסיף להגדרות עבור נסיעה בקביש אגרה את הנתונים הבאים:
1. סוג הרכב - כך שתוכלו להראות את המחיר הנכון של הנסיעה בכביש האגרה

custom language
Use a pattern of sounds, pings, dings etc. as an alternative to language navigation instructions. For example, instead of saying "in 300 feet, turn right" - provide a moderate-high frequency "ding" sound, which repeats 3 times. It should be carefully designed using expert sound engineers and be reviewed by users. You want it to be minimal and effective and obviously not annoying. After getting used to it, drives will find that they need less attention to process audible signals.

When I need to get somewhere at a certain time, I would like Waze to tell me when to get going, or even set a reminder to get going say 5 mi
When I need to get somewhere and be there at a certain time, I would like Waze to tell me when to get going, or even set a reminder to get going say 5 minutes before I need to go or half an hour before suggested departuretime so I won't be late. Connect this feature to my schedule and I will be alerted to go so I won't miss my appointments

A Reminder to start driving
I want to drive a destination at a specific time. I want to set the time when I want to be there. When it is time to start the drive Waze will provide a reminder. Similar reminders using TV broadcasts.

In Brazil why in the waze, the highways have no speed limit, tax to use de road and values?
I´m a brazilian user of wase, some things i observe:
1- Why waze doesn't show speed limit road like the car speed?
2- Why toll location in the map don't have (local do pedágio)?
3- Why don't allow include/change the prices for use the road (toll price)?

Type a name- find an address
When searching for information on our friends it is automatic to type their name into the search engine (whether searching for a number or facebook, etc.)
What if I had a friends address saved in its contact info and when wanting to go to their house- all I had to do was type my friends name into the navigate option (instead of the address) and it would bring up the address saved under that contact. It's instinctive and simple.
Obviously each person's waze would have to be personalized so that the addresses don't become public for all waze users.

I would love to have speed limits added to the app. It would help avoid traps. Because knowing a cop is ahead doesn't help Without it
I would love to see the speed limit added to the app with an alert letting you know it is about to change! Because knowing a cop is ahead doesn't no good if there is a speed cage over a hill and the cop is setting there! There are traps set up like this all over. And this would eleminate small town traps.

Allow for non numeric numbers in address for places.
Today twice I tried entering two business's that were not already on map. Because I was not allowed to use the "-" (dash symbal) to represent the suite number, technically the address was NOT completely correct. In a large complex that could be only way to find a business. You already allow numeric keypad to come up for inputting so why not allow the minus key to actively work as well. It also causes you to earn less points because it thinks you are inputting same address as entered by a previous user. I was inputting from my Android phone…

There is no place telling you how to close Waze when your finished with it. Also why does Waze drain the battery so fast.
How do you close Waze When your done using it? Can find the button.

Voice
When Waze is not in use but is apparently still tracking my route in the background, it calls out the upcoming hazards even though I don't have the app in use. I have to set it to no sounds while I'm driving to get it to be quiet. Can there be a setting that turns off the voice when the app is clearly not in use?

post road closures IN ADVANCE
- user can optionally upload image(s)/weblinks (?) describing planned road closures
- waze community is in charge of verification and validation, correction of the advice
- waze system approves/declines advices with the same algorithm used for live community alerts (user reputations, rankings, etc.)

Make live map on your website like the app
The live map on your website could be improved by adding things already in the app (like petrol prices). I have and love the app, but know older people, with older phones, that would like to access this information.
