1. Not an idea but feedback.

   I want to tell you how much your app has helped me. My husband had a stroke when we were out of town and I was stressed to the max. Fortunately I relied on Waze to and from a hospital in an unfamiliar area. It helped me so much! Thank you. Also, recently when in Ohio I needed to return to my daughter’s house and never could have gotten back there without Waze. Your app is a Godsend. God bless you.

4. Extra Moods unlock bug/change request

   There's a bug/strange behavior for me when you have travelled more than the threshold needed to unlock the extra Moods but you don't complete your destination

   Steps to preproduce
   1. Select a destination that is more than the threshold needed to unlock the extra Moods (I think it was 180km)
   2. Travel more than the threshold
   3. Don't complete the full destination (you can even have arrived in the city/village where you want to be but not on the exact end destination point)
   4. Cancel your destination

   Current behavior: The extra Moods won't get unlocked even though you have driven more than the threshold needed to unlock them

   Expected behavior: The extra Moods should get unlocked when you have driven more than the threshold needed to unlock them even though the final end destination point hasn't been reached

   There's a bug/strange behavior for me when you have travelled more than the threshold needed to unlock the extra Moods but you don't complete your destination

Waze arată o capcană deoarece există cale ferată în mijlocul comunei Brănești, Ilfov, unde se fac cozi de 5-10 km deoarece trec multe trenuri de pasageri și marfă, și durează mult mai mult drumul către DNCB

7. Please fix default feature for Galaxy 21S 5G phones

   The new Android Galaxy S21 does not allow your waze navigation app to be set as the default app rather than Google maps. the reason being is the tab to click on "set as default is grayed out. Therefore the tab does not work and can't set waze as the default app. I contacted T-mobil phone provider, contacted Samsung and both are telling me that the problem is the other persons issue to solve. Then Samsung told me to wait until until an update for the phone is available. My concern is that the update will not fix the problem if none is aware or willing to admit that they are responsible for fixing the issue. The update will not have the issue fixed. Please see or contact whoever is responsible and get this matter solved. As it stands many of your waze users are going to have this same problem with operating your app once they purchase a new phone. A tremendous amount of people using waze will no longer be able to default your app. Thank you for listening.

9. Please indicate better radars on A7 in France

   Le signalement des radars sur l’autoroute A7 n’est pas bon. Le signalement est actif sur toute l’autoroute, et ça empêche de comprendre vraiment les endroits où les radars sont vraiment.

    Thank you for providing great directions to avoid traffic in Guanajuato, Mexico.
    We may have gone around the cities in off beaten paths but we rarely if ever experienced traffic.
    I depend on you so much in California, I was shocked/impressed it worked so well in Mexico too.

12. Please go back to SIMPLICITY

    You guys are getting way too fancy and elaborate now. I don’t need the information to the place I’m going to. More importantly, the only thing we should see on the top banner is WHERE WE ARE GETTING OFF AT!! The last update put me on a major highway and the only thing on the top banner now is how many more miles until I’m off the highway I’m on until the next set of directions. When living in a state like NY, there are so many exists that it’s easy to pass the suggested exit because it only shows up AFTER the “highway miles” end. It should only read your DESTINATION. It’s dangerous too. Some people might still try and make that exit when it may be too late . Please fix. It’s a major safety issue.

15. the accuracy of the live traffic information need to greatly improve uk

    the live traffic information hardly ever is accurate, sometimes indicate there is a heavy traffic, but when I took the route, there was no traffic at all, other times there was showed no traffic, but when drove along the route, there was heavy traffic. On the whole, the the live traffic information accuracy is very low, I felt I could not depend on.
