Simple directions
Have an optional exit/route only spoken feature... And instead of saying "stay right to 90 West, Marina Del Rey"... Just say "stay right for 90 West"

You need to make it possible to route to intersections by naming each cross street and the city
I wasted an entire day and drove 9 hours to nowhere because waze showed an address in Daily City Ca as if it was in San Francisco. I stopped for gas when I pulled up waze and typed in the address. It showed up along with many entirely inappropriate ones from other states etc. I did not realize that I would have had to scroll down past all of the useless ones to find the address that I needed. The first address looked right and I was in a bad spot to be playing with my phone plus I needed…

I would like a quick procedure (two-fingrer-tap) that will make Waze speak the current distance till next
move, e.g. "In 800 meters, turn left on High Street".
If you are busy when it tells you first time, or if you forgot, this would be helpful not needing take up the phone and read in the upper corner.1 voteThanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

US English Pronunciations are Odd
Place names sound weird at times.
Sounds hilarious to be driving from ""Pali-men-oh C-t" to "Muh-leek-a Hill" to the "Commode-door Barry Bridge" on 322 to "west CHESTER" to my final destination of a business called a "Koh".
Oh and also "Deptford" shouldn't sound like "Depped-FORD".
Well at least you have Sewell and Mantua correct. Gloucester is kinda ok.

Suggestion to generate more value and Products in Waze company.
Hi Man,
There are some GPS like Garmin that offer a traffic information by radio in real time, but the information that they provide is not so real time like the Wase information. I suggest you to sell this service to the final customers or to Garmin and another GPS companies. It will generate a new way to gain money at Waze company. Another interesting thing is to sell them the information of POIs and general informations like radar, accidents, etc with radio update. I'm sure that is a easy way to generate more value to your company. Best regards,…1 voteThanks for your feedback. Abbreviations
use abbreviations for hazzards B (breakdown recovery), T (Tire Debris) R (Road works) F (Fog) etc
Also for Police Alert, in MA police are required for road works so it is not a speed trap1 voteThanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Show all villages in Israel "behind the green line"
In Israel, I drive a lot in the area that has been marked a "behind the green line". All roads are marked well in this area, and so are Jewish settlements are indicated well on the map. I would like to have the names of the Arab villages that I pass along the road mentioned on the map. That helps for orientation purposes.

No service for xxx miles.
When entering a rural road or roads that cross in the middle of nowhere, typically you will see a sign that says, "No services for 20 miles" It would be cool if waze would warn you the same, or if you enter that road from another spot down the way, waze could say " No service for 18 miles to the right" I suppose in map editor you could highlight a section of road where no services exist for long distances and tag it as a no services road.
