Bring WME Closure Functionality to Waze App

If the Waze App (or separate dedicated app) supported the full editing power of closures in WME it would make it much easier to update them if you are out and about. Requiring to be near a full-scale web browser to update introduces delay in updating Closures.

    As nice as this sounds, I don't want to have to mess with this on my smart phone screen. You can more or less do it anyways in the app when reporting a closure.
