Editor Rank Level is not fair
Waze's point rewards system for editors is unfair and does not promote the entry of new editors or even the permanence of newcomers.
From Level 1 to Level 2 - Require 3000 map edits
From Level 2 to Level 3 - Require 25000 map edits
It´s not feasible for a normal person using just WME without bath scripts
this will result in a community that does not renew itself.
It will drive away new editors and weaken the community
please review this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adding to that, the whole level system blocks out new contributors. I'd like to contribute once in a while, but I can literally do nothing on the map without being at least level 2.

Resolving reports on the local roads near my house.
How do you expect volunteers to ever reach 3000 edits if none are allowed?
