Ability to create an Update Request on a Permanent Hazard segment

AS a Waze Editor Level 2, I'd like to be able to propose Update Requests on segments of any lock level that have a permanent hazzard like a speed bump. Actually it is not able to be done.

    😁As far as I know, there is already a plan to develop the Suggestion feature in the future. So one day, what you say will come true.👍👋
