Allow us to mark where a train is crossing a road

If we could let everyone in our area that a train is blocking a road, it would save lots of time sitting at the crossing waiting and burning gas.

    Think addition of "Blocked Path" option would be helpful. it could trigger an optional reroute for your trip similar to a road closer. This could save time at Railroad crossing that sometimes stay blocked for 30 minutes when a re-route is minutes away.
