Update links in WME footer - "Get help" and "Editing forum"
In the footer of WME are two links: "Get help" and "Editing forum", which are out of date.
Get help - Redirects to Waze Discuss home page instead of Wazeopedia content on Waze Discuss
Editing forum - The link works currently, but it uses the old phpbb forum link instead of Waze Discuss. Update from http://www.waze.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=8 to https://www.waze.com/discuss/c/editors/waze-map-editors-topics/4930
Low priority fix, I only post this to make my OCD happy.
