When I’m driving with Waze, I hear reports for many different road issues. However, when I try to report those same issues using the exact wording Waze uses, the app doesn’t recognize them. For example, Waze announces a “pothole,” but to report it, you have to say “pothole on road.”
There should be a list accessible from the three-line menu in the top-left corner that shows each incident and the exact terms required to report it. This would reduce frustration and encourage more users to report issues.
Also, the spoken options shown under the bottom-right triangle aren’t recognized when said out loud. I try not to use the on-screen menu because it requires taking my eyes off the road.
