    I think it will be better to improve the procedure of resending the report after cell reconnect.
    Or, the distance from messager's location to report's location should be limited (for example) 1 mile. I do not want to see garbage reports in my area, which are made from anothe side of the world.

    Is it possible to show the fullness of send buffer somehow? I've lost several tracks by closing Waze before it has sent the full track. Or, i'd like to have a button "Push the buffer to server NOW!!".
