    I do think this could help out in the situations where currently Waze tends to route around a short toll section due to the penalty that is applied to the tolled route. As an example, in Lewisville TX, from SH-121 S to I-35E N, Waze will usually opts for the frontage road (which includes a right hand turn at a very busy intersection) over a very short tolled ramp between the two freeways. It will still get you to your destination, but like myself, the user will ask "why did Waze do this??"
