After just getting a ticket from using Waze on my phone. Since it is a mobile device it is considered the same as reading or texting as it is not affixed to the vehicle under Michigan Law. Make this available on a Garmin, tell me the unit and I will buy it. It's a great app, but not synergistic with the current laws. Oh and by the way you can bet I will be reporting every police spotted. I will just have to pull over......boo.
