I was watching a video of a professional motorbiker delivering blood from Budapest to Veszprém. His route went through traffic jams in the cities, crowded motorways and roads. People tried their best to give him space, you can imagine how fast a motorbike can get behind you from a decent distance.
That was the moment when the idea came: what if people with the same route could be alerted giving them info about a vehicle with red/blue signs and sirens coming behind them, with their position, expected time when it catches up to them, type of vehicle - motorcycle, car, truck, convoy.
I suggest for this these special vehicles need to be registered with this special attribute or so, and they need the function to get them visible/active or not. And if a special vehicle turns this toggle on and they set their route, people with the same route who may be potentially meeting them on the way could be warned and prepared for example with a pop-up saying be prepared and watch your mirrors.
