    I reside on Baxter and the current situation is out of control. Numerous accidents have occurred during rush hour in the past and often I am not able to get to my driveway due to backed up traffic and 'stranded' cars that have to be 'rescued' as towing on a 32% incline is not an option.

    As a resident I absolutely agree. There are incidents happening almost every day. Most minor but add the slightest drizzle and darkness during rush hours and it is out of control. Towing companies charge for 'rescue' and not just the usual towing fees. STOP SENDING PEOPLE TO BAXTER STREET!!!
