   I like the pacing idea.
   I was also thinking maybe an option should be "Pulled Some One Over" Then your pretty sure they are writing tickets.
   Perhaps to take it a step further add a reporting feature that displays x number of pullovers over a certain amount of time and an area. Gives the user a feel if a lot of tickets or pullovers are happening in a particular area.
