    I live off Alvarado & Baxter, so I've great difficulty trying to navigate onto Baxter any time of day, due to the wayz-induced traffic jam.
    Silverlake Blvd has become a parking lot, & little one-lane Cove Ave (tween Allesandro Way & Glendale Bl) is now a hazard risk since the new traffic on that street gets stuck-literally, trapping its residents.
