    Children, pups, and even regular adults live here! It's not a shortcut for someone. The speed limit is 25 mph. People run a stop sign near a preschool. Someone sped by and hit my car door as I was getting out in front of my home. This seems like a liability for Waze, as Baxter is very steep and near a pre-school.
