    I have witnessed five accidents on our 2000 Baxter block this year including a car flying and landing in our neighbor's yard. Cars have gone over the curb and hit our other neighbor's yard several times. A car could hit a house. I am terrified of our own block since Waze has made this a freeway thoroughfare. Baxter is the steepest street in California and cars can't make it to the top. We hear screeching wheels and honking and yelling all the time. It wasn't like this a year ago. Waze needs to understand that the grade is dangerous, you must drive slowly. This can't be a cut through to the freeway because the hill is actually 33% grade on our side with a blind peak at the top.
