    We put up barriers provided by the city to block traffic from going up Baxter at lake shore when it's raining. I saw a driver pull up, get out of his car, move a barrier and drove up the hill. I've talked to people who have called Waze and never got a reply. I spoke with someone at DOT who promised steep grade signs installed on the corner of Baxter and Lake shore. They should be installed soon hopefully. Don't mean to be negative, but I don't think they'll do much good. I would LOVE to have the head of Waze spend a couple of weeknights (rain or shine) in my living room and listen to the screeching, honking, revving engines and yelling that goes on. I've had two vehicles slide into my front yard within two months when we had all that rain recently. People pull into the oncoming lane when someone gets stuck going up the hill. It's crazy.
