    I've lived in the neighborhood for 21 years... never seen traffic like this.. outta control... please make it Stop..lakeshore is a narrow street..like one car at a time can drive down it...very unsafe and Baxter... you have to be a professional driver to even attempt that one...saw a car flip over & trucks and limos get stuck at the top... it's really bad and not a common street for a typical waze around traffic...
