    Waze: you're re-routing drivers through a residential neighborhood which was not built to handle the kind of traffic it is now seeing, especially during rush hour(s). The streets in the area are narrow and Baxter St. is a 32% grade. What is an already dangerous situation is made worse when it rains. There have been multiple accidents including cars landing in resident's yards.
